My cooking style is derived from diverse cuisines. However, I specialize in the Eritrean, Ethiopian, and Mediterranean cuisines which are rich in vegetables and grains.
What does a Personal Chef do?
A Personal Chef is a chef who prepares meals in the clients’ home kitchens and is hired by different clients to prepare food according to the client’s dietary needs and preferences.
Who can hire a Personal Chef?
Busy Families, Seniors, Working Moms, Bachelors or Young Families with Children, and anyone who plans to host an event; from intimate dinner for two to a small group gathering.

Will package the food, label, and store it in your refrigerator.

Information on Service Plan and Fee
Service Plan
Step 1: Free initial Consultation – To work on your food preferences and service details. We will set up the menu and frequency of services.
Step 2: The service date will be determined along with service fees
Step 3: The actual, meal preparation date – All will be ready for you and your family to enjoy!
Fees
- The fee for labor is usually a flat fee plus the cost of groceries.
- Labor includes menu planning, shopping, meal preparation, and cleanup.
- The rates for labor are customized, depending on the number of entrees and type of meals.
Note: It can take about 4 – 5 hours for a personal chef to prepare meals for you. Fees will be discussed during our initial meeting.
Additional Services
Private Chef – Even Better!
Services for private chefs are different from personal chefs. The framework is similar but a Private Chef will work solely for you (one client) and attend to all your culinary needs. The arrangement can be a short or long term depending on your needs and our availability. Details are discussed upon consultation and the initial meeting.
Residential Kitchen Organizing
We will gladly come to your house and organize your kitchen. From your kitchen cabinets and drawers to your pantry, we will provide service to maximize the use of space and increase efficiency and workflow.
Service Areas
Zembill is located in Northern Virginia and serves Counties and Cities of Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church, Fairfax, part of Loudoun (Aldie, Ashburn, Leesburg, South Riding and Sterling), and part of Prince William (Manassas and Woodbridge).
